We went to a school and sang songs with a guitar and our voices. They sang with an entire choir and sang African hymns. We looked stupid with our American sounds...They sounded incredible.

Mountainside
Jesus went to the mountainside to start his day. This boy decided to end his day the same.
Yeah Mountain Gorillas
I personally hated being this close to an animal that is known to either shove you so strongly that you fly in the air, and have a mouth that could easily grab onto your leg. They were friendly but not completely trustworthy. We had an hour with them; I could have lived with 5 minutes.
A Beautiful People

"Its only been 157 months" The genocide of '94 still terrorizes the minds of many of its victims. Although Gacaca courts (local courts that trial criminals of the genocide) have been in place for years, many of the killers are coming out of prison to live again among the Tutsi's. But hope seems stronger in such a place of brokeness. People smile and continue to live with a strong connection to their Creator in a place that seems to be a perfect place for the "Garden of Eden". Lush, green, beautiful, overwhelming,....
